How it works

HVAC appointment setting, from the ad to the knock on the door

Most lead companies stop once they hand you a name and a number. We keep going until you're standing at the customer's door. Here's every step, who does what, and how long it takes.

Ads built around your company

Customers trust a company they can see. The ads use your face, your trucks and your team, aimed at homeowners in your area who need a new system, not a repair.

We do

  • Write the scripts and send a filming guide
  • Build, run and adjust the ads on Facebook
  • Keep the ads aimed at full system replacements and new installs

You do

  • Film short clips on your phone
  • Send photos of your team and trucks
  • Fund ad spend, at least $100 a day, paid by you straight to Facebook. We never hold it or mark it up.

A page built for your company

Every ad points to a page with your reviews, your team and your financing. Before anyone can book, it asks the questions that matter: do they own the home, how old is the system, and when do they want it done.

We do

  • Build the page and the qualifying questions
  • Set up your account so you can see every lead

You do

  • Tell us what you will and won't quote
  • Tell us your service area

Our booking team calls every lead

Speed matters. A lead that waits until tomorrow has usually booked someone else. Our team calls as soon as a lead comes in during calling hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm your local time. Leads that don't pick up get a call every day for the first five days, plus texts, then follow-up every week after that.

We do

  • Call, text and qualify every lead
  • Keep chasing the ones who don't answer

You do

  • Nothing. The office doesn't chase anyone.

Booked and confirmed

Qualified customers are booked straight onto your calendar, inside the hours you set. Then the reminders start: a booking text and email, reminders at five days, two days and one day out, and a reply-to-confirm text three hours before. Anyone who doesn't show gets chased to rebook.

We do

  • Book, remind and confirm
  • Chase no-shows and rebook them

You do

  • Keep your calendar hours up to date
  • Turn up and run the estimate

You score it, we tune it

An hour after each estimate we text you to ask how it went: a score out of ten for the lead, and the job value if you closed it. It takes about 30 seconds. We also check with the customer that the visit happened. Your answers decide who the ads go after next, so the leads get better as you go. Every two weeks we go through the numbers with you on a call.

We do

  • Track every estimate: booked, showed, sold or not
  • Adjust the ads from your feedback
  • Run a review call every two weeks

You do

  • Reply to the text after each estimate, within 48 hours
  • Join the review calls
Timeline

What happens after you sign

The 90 days start when your ads go live, not when you pay.

  1. Your account build starts.

  2. Onboarding call with our team.

  3. You send your clips, photos and access to your ad account and calendar.

  4. Your ads go live. Facebook approval and text-message registration can add a few days.

  5. Our aim for your first booked estimates.

  6. The guarantee window closes. If you're short of the number, we keep working at no extra fee until you're not.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask us

Is this shared leads?

No. Every lead from your ads is yours. We don't resell them to anyone else.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, straight from your card to Facebook, at least $100 a day. We never touch it, hold it or mark it up. The guarantee depends on that minimum.

What if the customer doesn't show?

Then it doesn't count toward the guarantee. Only showed estimates count, and we chase every no-show to rebook.

Do I need a salesman?

No. Plenty of owners still run the estimates themselves. We book them. You or your salesman run them.

Do you guarantee sales?

No. We guarantee showed estimates, not closed jobs or revenue. Pricing and closing are yours.

How fast can we start?

Your ads usually go live within two weeks of your first payment, as long as your clips and access come through quickly.

What does it cost?

We go through pricing on the call, once we've seen your numbers. There's no point quoting you before we know your average ticket and how many installs you can take on.

How long is the contract?

The first term is 90 days from launch. It doesn't renew on its own. If you want to keep going after that, we agree it in writing.

Where do you work?

With residential HVAC companies across the United States.
