Terms and conditions
Last updated: draft, 10 October 2026
The short version. This website explains what we do. If you work with us, your signed agreement sets the real terms. We guarantee showed install estimates as set out in that agreement, not sales or revenue. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP.
1. Who we are
This website, tradelinkagency.co, is run by TradeLink, a trading name of PulseLink Consultations Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15471165, registered office 9 Lord Close, Countesthorpe, Leicester, LE8 5AL, United Kingdom. Email [email protected]. "We" and "us" mean TradeLink. "You" means anyone using this website.
2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is for business owners in the United States who are interested in our service. It gives general information only. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted, and prices are only given on a call once we understand your business.
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it in bulk, or submit false information.
3. Our service and your agreement
If you become a client, our service is governed by the written agreement we both sign. If anything on this website differs from your agreement, your agreement wins. Our Refunds and guarantee page summarises the payment, cancellation and guarantee terms in plain English.
4. Results
We guarantee a number of showed install estimates, on the conditions set out in your agreement and on our Refunds and guarantee page. We don't guarantee closed jobs, revenue, profit or any number of installs. What you sell depends on your pricing, your sales process and your market, which are yours.
Any examples on this site, such as the sample calendar on the home page, are illustrations and not results from a real client.
5. Booking a call
When you book a call, please give accurate details. We may decline or cancel a call if your business isn't one we can help, or if the details don't check out. Booking a call doesn't commit you or us to anything.
6. Text message terms
- Program: TradeLink call scheduling and follow-up texts.
- What you'll get: texts to arrange, confirm and remind you about your call, and follow-ups about TradeLink's service. You only get these if you tick the consent box when booking.
- How often: varies, usually a few messages around each call.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out.
- For help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy policy for how we handle your number. We never share or sell text consent to anyone for their marketing.
7. Our content
The text, design, logo and videos on this site belong to TradeLink or are used with permission. Some images are AI-generated or licensed and are labelled as illustrative. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking.
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

8. Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect loss or lost profits from using this website, and our total liability for anything arising from your use of the website is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your agreement, not this section, sets our liability for the service itself.
9. Disputes and the law
If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute we can't settle will be resolved by arbitration in Franklin, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, the same as our client agreement.
10. Everything else
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
